The golden-mark Shanxi Donghu Mature Vinegar of 3 years is mellowed through about twenty steps over years, following an ancient traditional handmade method. With a dark brown appearance and a distinct rich flavor, this grain vinegar maintains the essence of ingredients, meeting the strict import standards of Japan that is commonly used in cooking, pickling beans and peanuts and drinking with the mixture of honey, which is good to health.
