Shanxi Mature Vinegar Group Co., Ltd,located at Taiyuan city, Hometown of Vinegar, is a Chinese time-honored brand corporation founded in 1368. The company began as a vinegar workshop named “Meiheju”.

Our company produced vinegar in variety under the brand of "DONGHU", including mature vinegar, rice vinegar, white distilled vinegar, balsamic vinegar, garlic vinegar, health vinegar ,etc. The raw material are sorghum, wheat, bean, bran brewed naturally. Due to its rich, glossy flavor, dark brown in color and health benefits, shanxi mature vinegar enjoys the reputation of “best grain vinegar” and popularity around the world.

Bureau Of Quality Inspection, is located in

middle of Shanxi province, 37°16″~38°02″ N

This area owns the high quality natural groudwater, the rich soils and the seasonal climate, which is suitable for the growth of grains, the vinegar only brewed in the area can use the logo of geographical indications.

 

 

Selected Materials&Perfect Circumstance 

The materials of our product are water, Chinese sorghum, barley, pea, which grow inthe Loess Plateau in north of China, in which are suitable for grains grow. Our materials are full of nutrition, which are good to vinegar brewing. 

 

 

 

Natural Brewing Technique

The technology of Donghu Shanxi mature vinegar is originated from Meiheju vinegar workshop established in 1368. The main process including five stepson:Steaming,Fermentation,Fumigation, Watering and Aging  exquisitely manmade, which can maximally preserve the nutrient of  materials.
